GEZA 31st March Update I was detained by Police for 6 hours

Sorry to hear your story. All I can say is I think as Zimbabweans we deserve where we are,everyone wants to point out injustice and hope that someone else fights for us. Geza said we should March and we sat at home waiting for someone else to March for us, we see more people (whether bought,coerced or willing) at a zanupf rally than we saw at the 31st March, what does it take then to garner support, should we promise them chicken inn since that is what zanupf offers at a rally. Is that what it takes to get Zimbabweans to attend anything, food. My brother I always say this, if we can't rally together and challenge a corrupt urban council with less than 10 guns what hope do we have when it comes to a gvt with thousands of guns. My brother don't give up but find a balance between keeping the people informed and keeping you and your family safe. No one said it would be easy and evil only triumphs when good men do nothing. One day we will only be answerable and we won't be able to claim ignorance. We will all have to admit that we were a generation of cowards who were willing to betray ourselves for a plate of food. I hope you recover from your ordeal and keep up the good work , you are making a difference

I totally get where you are coming from, unfortunately change comes from rise of the masses but being the first one to stand up is hard . The government is relying on suppressing the few voices that start up but if the voices refuse to be silent then you will see change. Stay safe

Sorry to hear of your sad story mate. You need also to understand that most Zimbabweans are struggling and can't afford basic needs. You should blame the government for everything including the abuse of journalists and that of the general citizens

Zimbabweans did not appoint you their champion of truth or mistruths however you are self appointed. You do not get to insult Zimbabweans simply because you are angry over your poor choices which by admission not thought through (the woman with a poster interview which is the reason for your arrest). Now you throw your toys out of your pram insult Zimbabweans in order to garner sympathy another example of poor choices. Should you find your occupation demanding more of you than you can offer, perhaps a new line of occupation is a must or better still don’t speak on what you can’t afford to stand on, that way you don’t need legal fees to get yourself out of a sticky wicket. To conclude, do not put yourself at risk and when that does not work out for you as expected, you then double down by insulting Zimbabweans as if that justifies your poor choices you made independently for your own gain and financial benefits for you and yours through youtube paid for adds. You did not share your youtube earnings with Zimbabweans but you and yours. It would be ideal to do another video and apologise to Zimbabweans for insulting them and address the real issue, why you did not appreciate being arrested for interviewing a woman who had a view to share on whatever that was but felt strong enough to address those near and far that seems more the thorn rather than the lack of support from Zimbabweans. Zimbabweans have enough challenges without fellow Zimbabweans insulting other Zimbabwean simply to make a point, not necessary.

You are the one trying to get the lime light and l think you are better off politics. The stories that you are after are called high risk high rewards.
